- Cutting: To precise lengths (sawing, machining).
- Drilling & Tapping: For mounting holes.
- Milling/CNC Machining: For precise end features, slots, or complex geometries not possible in the extrusion.
- Surface Finishing:
- Anodizing (clear or colored).
- Powder Coating for thicker, colored, textured finishes.
- Polishing/Brushing for a decorative mechanical finish.
- Sandblasting for a uniform matte texture.
- Heat Treatment (Aging): To achieve T5 or T6 temper.
- Assembly & Kitting: With fasteners or other components.
